
JB Lashes is a D2C brand that offers a huge variety of beauty products like lashes, adhesives, tweezers, aftercare, and accessories for women. They focus on customizable eyelash extensions for everyday use and on educating women about eyelashes and their application techniques.
They use Micro-Pore Technology in their lashes to minimize skin irritation and provide comfort to the customers. They strongly oppose animal cruelty, so all their products are cruelty-free.
The first challenge our team faced was the range of lash products of different styles, collections, and variants while ensuring easy discovery. We had to add high-quality images without affecting the site speed. The client wanted a smooth shopping experience on mobile as well. Reducing friction at checkout was essential to ensure fewer abandoned carts.
Along with this, we had to ensure that running promotions, offers, and bundles could be done efficiently. The product descriptions and reviews also needed to be optimized.
