Key Challenges

Nespresso wanted their online store to feel as premium as their brand. It had to look modern and work on every device (be it tablet, phone, or laptop). There was a requirement to display high-quality product photos and design details without slowing the site. With so many machines, capsules, and accessories, keeping navigation easy was a big challenge. Making subscriptions easy was another key challenge. Many customers order coffee on repeat, so the process had to be simple and automatic. We also had to handle multiple currencies, local prices, and shipping rules from a single backend.

Solutions

We rebuilt Nespresso’s store on Magento for better speed and reliability. Both the front and back ends were improved, so everything works quickly and smoothly. We tested every feature by following real customer steps. Even with many images and details, the site remains fast. Launching this upgraded store was a big win for Nespresso.

  • We made the site load faster for everyone by using caching and a CDN. Images and banners only load when needed, so pages don’t lag.
  • Set up new filters for products, like machine type, flavor, and roast level. Shoppers can now easily sort and find what they want.
  • Built a custom system for repeat orders and subscriptions. Customers can reorder in just a few clicks. They get reminders when it’s time to buy again.
  • We set up the store to show prices and shipping for each region. Taxes and delivery costs adjust automatically. Customers see prices in their own currency.
